Exclusive: An Alabama man has been missing for nearly a year, and even though his case is completely suspicious it’s never gotten a lot of attention in the media. His name is Justin Kyle Lovett, and his loved ones believe that someone knows what happened to him — including the woman who was his girlfriend at the time of his disappearance. Justin disappeared from Hamtilon, Alabama in April 2022, and the absolute lack of movement in his case is a travesty.
A close associate of the missing man gave an exclusive interview with The Justice Voice on Friday, and they’ve expressed suspicion toward his group of friends, especially his girlfriend. They allege that Justin Kyle Lovett left his girlfriend’s house the night he was last seen, and then walked to a nearby apartment complex where he hung out with friends for a short amount of time. His friends say that he left their apartment that night, but he has never been seen since. A news report covering the case back in April 2022, claims that Justin was specifically last seen at around 8:00 p.m. that night. It should be noted that none of the media reports on Justin’s case shared a single detail or circumstance surrounding his disappearance.
In the interview with The Justice Voice on Friday, Justin’s loved one shared that the area of Hamilton, Alabama has seemingly forgotten about the missing man. They said that because of his past family traumas, that it’s just being treated like he went off and took his own life. They allege that nobody is even out looking for him, least of all the woman he was dating at the time of his disappearance.
The former girlfriend of Justin Kyle Lovett isn’t being named in this report, because she’s not considered a person of interest or suspect in his disappearance at this time. However, Justin’s loved ones believe that the woman might know more about his disappearance than she’s letting on. In Friday’s exclusive interview, it was revealed that the unnamed woman has shown zero grief since Justin disappeared, nor has she participated in any searches. Instead, says his loved one, the woman went and partied, posting photos of herself in nearby towns enjoying herself. This doesn’t sit well with those who are worried about Justin.
“Somebody knows something, and I need answers. We just want him home,” his loved one told The Justice Voice.
Justin Kyle Lovett has family members and friends who miss him, and they fear the absolute worst in his disappearance. Why aren’t authorities with the Hamilton Police Department doing more to find him — and why aren’t they looking more closely at those who saw him last? How much longer does this man have to remain missing before police in this small Alabama town get off their duffs and do some police work? This is a human being. It’s such a crying shame that nothing is being done to find him.
If you know anything about the disappearance of Justin Kyle Lovett, the time to do the right thing was in April 2022. By this time, there is truly no redemption for the despicable human being (or beings) that would keep a family in their own community in such a horrifying emotional state. There is a lot wrong with this case. Hopefully someone starts to do something right in Hamilton, Alabama. Perhaps it’s time for the State Investigation Bureau to step in.
