Police in Moses Lake, Washington believe Yanira was murdered by her former boyfriend on the night of her birthday last week — the night she was last seen by loved ones and friends. They believe she was taken from Papa’s Casino by Juan Gastelum to her apartment, where she was raped and killed. From there, Juan allegedly removed her body and evidence from the apartment. Evidence was collected from an area gas station, but Yanira’s body has not yet been found — even though at least one sloppily written article in the news results claims otherwise.
