A California man has been arrested following a bizarre incident that has left onlookers traumatized. The homeless man is accused of stealing human body parts from the site of a fatal crash before committing acts of cannibalism in front of shocked witnesses. According to People Magazine, a train collision in Kern County ended in the gruesome death of at least one person, whose body parts were strewn about the site of the wreck. Witnesses claim, and video evidence confirms, that a homeless California man took a severed leg from the wreckage and began walking with it. To the horror of onlookers, the man took bites from the severed leg.
Twenty-seven-year-old Resendo Tellez was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor.
