Fox News reports that the boyfriend of Nichole Russell claims that she endured an event that left her “fighting for her life” over the 48 hours that she was missing. The same news report reveals that when the missing woman was on the phone about the unaccompanied toddler walking the interstate, she could be heard screaming before the phone call ended. Sightings of a man were made around the sight of the disappearance, but he was never found.
In other words, it seems that Nichole Russell was the victim of some kind of kidnapping. Hopefully more information comes out soon to fill in the holes — and there are certainly many holes in this case, but probably due to it being an active investigation.
