Heather Mae Kelley still hasn’t been found, after she went missing back around December 10, 2022. When her disappearance was first reported on in the media, it was revealed that her vehicle was found abandoned shortly after she went missing. At the time, investigators would only reveal that they’d uncovered evidence which pointed to the missing woman being a victim of a violent crime. Now authorities have clarified on that evidence more than three months later.

According to KFKA News, the FBI is still searching for Heather Mae Kelley, and they’re working on the assumption that she’s fallen victim to some kind of foul play. Detectives admit that when they found the missing woman’s abandoned car in December, it had been burned in such a way to destroy evidence. Police say that some of that evidence wasn’t destroyed, however, and it included blood.

Heather Mae Kelley vanished on December 10, 2022 after she spoke to her kids in a phone call, and after she promised them that she’d be home that night. She never returned home, however, and hasn’t been in contact with loved ones since that day. Authorities say they have a person of interest who has cooperated with the investigation on a “limited” basis, but they still haven’t found Heather or uncovered exactly what happened to her.
