A Louisiana woman is accused of stabbing her boyfriend after he wet the bed. It certainly sounds like folks in Louisiana are trying to out-weird Florida Man in the news with this case. The incident took place in Baton Rouge on Saturday, and it’s currently going viral due to just how ridiculous the story is.
According to CBS News 47, police in Baton Rouge were called to an area hospital on Saturday after a male patient was admitted with stab wounds. This is where they encountered the man and his girlfriend, 25-year-old Briana Lacost. Police say the Louisiana admitted to stabbing the unnamed victim, because he urinated in their bed while unconscious from consuming too much alcohol. Lacost said her boyfriend had gone out drinking with his friends earlier in the evening, and she became angry when he returned and went to bed without her.
Police say the Louisiana woman admitted to hitting her boyfriend while he was sleeping, which resulted in him waking up and allegedly becoming violent. Briana Lacost claims her boyfriend choked her during the course of the altercation. She admitted to police that she stabbed him under his arm and in the torso. When he was admitted in the hospital, it was revealed that the Louisiana woman punctured the man’s lung during the attack.
Briana Lacost has been charged with 2nd degree attempted murder in association with Saturday’s attack.
