A Florida man has been arrested after failing to register as a sex offender several times — violations that are now making it difficult for him to move into his chosen neighborhood. According to The Tampa Free Press, 76-year-old Jorge Francisco Paz failed to heed police warnings when he moved into the neighborhood after being told that he needed to “clear up his violations.”
When Jorge Paz attempted to move into a Florida neighborhood, he was warned by authorities that his past as a registered sex offender would make things difficult. The Florida man was warned that his failure to register properly several times would get him into trouble in this particular area. He was told to “clear up” his past violations before moving in, or he’d get into serious trouble. Apparently he didn’t take officers seriously when he was given this warning, because he moved into his new home without doing what he was told. This, obviously, resulted in the 76-year-old Florida man’s arrest.
The arrest of Florida man Jorge Paz produced the mugshot that you see above — and as you can see, he clearly isn’t bothered by the arrest at all. While this soon-to-be viral mugshot is hilarious, it should be repeated that this man is a convicted sex offender. Paz was convicted in the 1990s for lewd acts on a child.
