This news report clarifies that authorities in the San Antonio area believe that this was a tragic accident. They spoke to the driver of the truck that hit Chaundra, and he has reportedly been cooperative. Something stands out in the report, however, and that’s the statement that the driver in this accident didn’t see that “Chaundra had fallen down” before he hit her.
