01/06/2023: Correction: The mother of Mya Davis has reached out to The Justice Voice and has confirmed that the car belonging to her missing daughter has in fact NOT been found. The car was merely last seen in the area of Breaux Bridge. Both Mya Davis and her vehicle are still missing. We apologize for the unintentional misinformation. Please keep an eye out for the Chevy Malibu belonging to this missing woman, with plates tagged #175 FGF. Furthermore, the mother of the missing woman says her daughter’s car is tan, and not silver as previously reported by KLFY.

A strange update has surfaced in the case of a Louisiana woman that vanished in early November. Mya Davis hasn’t been in contact with her family since at least November 11th, but the vehicle she was seen driving at the time of her disappearance has reportedly been tracked to a town several miles away from where she was last seen.

KLFY News reports that the 2013 tan Chevy Malibu belonging to Mya Davis has been sighted. The vehicle was tracked to the area of Breaux Bridge — which is approximately two hours west of the location where Mya was last seen. Unfortunately, no evidence of Mya’s whereabouts could be gathered from the discovery, and she remains missing.

Mya Davis was last seen on November 11, 2022 when she left her New Orleans home driving the Chevy Malibu, which has yet to be located. It has been going on three months since anyone has seen or heard from the 23-year-old Louisiana woman, and there don’t appear to be any reasons for her to have driven two hours west on her own.

If you’ve seen this missing woman, or if you think you might have information leading to the discovery of her whereabouts, please do not hesitate to contact NOLA Seventh District at (504)658-6070.
