When she was last seen, Carli was driving to meet her ex for visitation with their daughter. The man, who family says has been abusive in the past, is named Marcus Spanevelo. According to the missing mother and child’s loved ones, the last time they heard from Cassi Carli was when she texted her father complaining of car trouble and a dying phone.
