Mackenzie Colgan Drowned Her Infant Daughter

Mackenzie Colgan, a 37-year-old Maryland mother, has been arrested and charged with murder after police say she confessed to intentionally drowning her own child. Arresting documents reveal that the Montgomery County woman not only confessed to the horrifying crime, but she admitted that she'd planned the whole thing ahead of time. Now there's an update in her case which may determine whether or not she'll get away with the whole thing. WUSA 9 News reports that Mackenzie Colgan has undergone a mental evaluation , and the results have determined that she will not be mentally fit to stand trial. She will be transferred to the custody of Maryland's Department of Health, where she'll supposedly remain until she's evaluated again -- but what's to come if she is ultimately found incompetent? In the state of Maryland, if someone is determined to be incompetent to stand trial, they could either be released or remanded to a mental hospital. Sentencing in these sc...

Ohio Mom Punches and Tackles Child at Target

An Ohio mom has been arrested after a violent incident in a Mayfield Heights involving her six-year-old daughter. Authorities are not publicly naming the woman in this case, which is probably fortunate for her since the assault was witnessed by members of the public, and the details of the incident are pretty upsetting. Various media sources out of Cleveland are reporting on the incident , which took place earlier this month in Mayfield Heights. An Ohio mom was witnessed by several shoppers and employees of Target as she lost her temper on her misbehaving six-year-old daughter. According to surveillance footage, and witnesses, the child was attempting to run from her mother as she was reaching out for her. This angered the woman who chased the child and tackled her into a shelf full of merchandise. Once she tackled the child, she began punching her in the face and upper body. Bad Parenting: Samantha West Helped Teenage Son Assault Other Child

Samantha West of Cincinnati has been arrested after authorities say she helped her teenage son, and a friend of his, ambush another teen. Now she's been charged with contributing to the unruliness of a child -- but is last week's incident indicative of a bigger problem? WKRC News reports that Samantha West drove her son and a friend of his to a local Dollar General Store before they waited until an unnamed teen (a student who attends school with the Ohio Woman's son) arrived at the location. That's when West's son and his friend "ambushed" the other student, and a fight ensued.  Clearly this is one classy family. Why else would this mother-of-the-year choose a Dollar General for their little two-on-one assault? Lucky for her, the charge she's been slapped with doesn't carry much of a punishment, but the public knowledge of her being a terrible parent will last a lifetime.

Is Jamie Foxx an Antisemitic, Racist Woman Hater?

Comedian and actor Jamie Foxx is under fire right now, with lots of buzzwords being flung in his direction. In particular, the funnyman is accused of being antisemitic, racist and misogynistic. Could he be next in-line to be "cancelled," by a scandal-thirsty public? Radar Online reports that Jamie Foxx angered viewers of his recent Netflix comedy special , when he made some cutting remarks possibly aimed at ex-girlfriend Katie Holmes. In doing so, some viewers believe that he was actually targeting white people.  "Sisters, I'm here to tell you, I've been cured. I've been cured of everything, no more white girls. I'm serious, no more white girls. No more white girls. No more. No more white girls," Foxx said during the program. Of course, most people believe that Jamie Foxx was talking about his former girlfriend Katie Holmes -- a white woman, but folks on social media appear to be divided on whether or not his comments were necessarily racist, or e...

Three Florida Men Arrested for 'Disturbing' Racist Graffiti Incident

Three Florida men have been arrested and charged in association with a racist graffiti incident that took place in November of this year. Colby Retherfford, 21, Tristan Maddox, 19, and Collin Kuhn, 20, have already been released from jail on bond in the measly amount of only $250. It's not surprising that three men with names like these have been arrested for doing something racist. What is upsetting, however, is that they haven't really been charged for the racist graffiti itself. Instead, Colby, Collin and Tristan have all been charged with trespassing on school grounds. News of the racist graffiti went viral in November, when it was reported that a Black Lives Matter mural was vandalized at Milton High School in the town of Milton. It's been less than a month since the incident -- which was declared 'disturbing' by residents. It's fortunate that the identities of the men people responsible for the racist incident have been identified, and hopefully they le...

It took under a day for the jury in Vermont to convict the tattoo artist who dismembered his wife in 2021, but his sentencing hasn't yet been scheduled. Hopefully justice is fully served and the sentence matches the crime.

Amanda Knox Keeps Being Awful

Amanda Knox has been living freely in the United States for the past several years, after she was exonerated in the murder of Meredith Kercher. Of course she had previously been found guilty -- a fact which has kept people divided on whether or not she's truly innocent. You'd think potentially getting away with murder -- or at the least escaping a potentially unjust imprisonment -- would be enough to humble the woman. That isn't the case, though.  Now Amanda Knox is trying to cash-in on the case that hurled her into True Crime infamy, which has angered a lot of people. In particular, residents of Perugia, Italy -- as well as the loved ones and supporters of Meredith Kercher -- are outraged that Knox is filming "her story" in the setting where the murder took place.  Yahoo News reports that Amanda Knox has been filming a series in Perugia detailing her side of the story. Multiple residents have expressed their disgust at the project, labeling it as disrespectful...

The 30-year-old Hawaiian woman had missed a flight in Los Angeles, attracting worldwide media attention -- as well as a determined investigation by police. In the earliest days of the investigation -- approximately two weeks after Hannah vanished -- her father committed suicide. Now it's been revealed that her disappearance was entirely voluntarily, and she's refusing to come home to her family. Should this once-missing woman be held criminally responsible for the blood that is on her hands, among other things? Hannah Kobayashi was located safely a few days ago, and it was revealed through the investigation that she'd gone voluntarily missing all along. Her father's suicide that took place in November was all for nothing, and the GoFundMe which accumulated over $45k, has been closed. The loved ones of the once-missing woman are starting to issue refunds to the thousands of pe...
