Las Vegas man Accused of Multiple Violent Rapes

  A Las Vegas man has been arrested in association with several violent rapes of local prostitutes, and authorities are seeking help in locating other possible victims. Police say 29-year-old Denver Baoec-Ascuncion was arrested earlier this month after multiple women came forward recounting recent incidents of kidnapping and sexual assault. 8 News Now reports that the 28-year-old Las Vegas man faces multiple counts , and there may be other victims. Two separate prostitutes between December 20th and January 7th reportedly told police that Ascuncion picked them up and forced them into sexual acts. Both alleged victims claimed that the Las Vegas man used a firearm to threaten them. Non-virtual sex work (i.e., physical prostitution) is a dangerous line of work, especially in large cities like Las Vegas -- where rates of non-virtual sex work have increased by 50% in recent years. Where is Madeline Kingsbury?

Have you seen this missing woman? Authorities in Winona, Minnesota are looking for Madeline Kingsbury, who hasn’t been seen since March 31st. The circumstances surrounding the disappearance of the 26-year-old have sparked an urgent search, and now police are asking for the public to assist in locating her.

According to KTTC News, Madeleine Kingsbury was reported missing after she failed to show up to work. She was last seen at her home on the morning of March 31st, but hasn’t been in contact with her loved ones or coworkers since. She was also supposed to pick her children up from daycare on the day that she missed work, which she also failed to do. Police say that the missing woman also failed to make arrangements for someone else to pick up the children. All of this behavior, loved ones say, is completely out of character for Madeline.

Over the course of the past several days, authorities in Minnesota have requested that members of the public take part in the search for Madeline Kingsbury. Homeowners are encouraged to check their properties, as well as any security or Ring camera footage they might have in hopes of sighting Madeline or her van — which is also missing. Members of the public are also asked to keep an eye on any potentially suspicious activity on their properties.

Kentucky woman Torilena May Fields has been arrested after police say she murdered her mother in a shocking and gruesome crime. Police say the 32-year-old not only shot and stabbed her 68-year-old mother, but she dismembered her and then tried to cook her body parts until they were charred. The Daily Mail reports that 32-year-old Torilena May Fields was arrested last week after a bizarre confrontation with authorities, who discovered a horrific scene at the home of her 68-year-old mother.
