Over Four Years Later: Where is Khadijah Britton?

It has been over four years since Khadijah Britton was kidnapped from the Covelo, California area, and her loved ones are still desperately seeking answers in her case. Where is this missing Native American woman — and why does it seem like authorities are neglecting her disappearance like so many other cases of missing and murdered indigenous women?

Khadijah Rose Britton became the victim of a violent crime in February 2018, when she was reportedly kidnapped at gunpoint by her former boyfriend Negie Tony Fallis IV. According to The Charley Project, Fallis was accompanied by his then-girlfriend Antonia Bautista-Dalson. The details surrounding the reported kidnapping of the missing woman are disturbing, and imply that Khadijah Britton was murdered during the commencement of the crime. However, neither Negie Fallis or Antonia Bautista-Dalson have been cooperative with investigators. Both of these suspects have been convicted and sentenced in association with the disappearance of Britton — but they still remain uncooperative. Meanwhile, authorities aren’t giving this case the attention it deserves, which is a tale as old as time when it comes to missing and murdered Native American women.

Where is Khadijah Britton?

Even though it’s been over four years since she was kidnapped, the media continues to cover her case periodically. The most recent coverage was this week, in an article published by The Press Democrat, which has expressed that the family needs answers in the woman’s disappearance. Britton’s loved ones continue to live every day without closure in her case, wondering day-after-day what actually happened to her. It’s common knowledge at this point that she was violently kidnapped by Negie Tony Fallis and his girlfriend Antonia Bautista-Dalson, but they are both refusing to fork over the information that this family needs in order to have closure. At this point, searches need to be conducted to look for her remains, but authorities are also thinking there are community members in the Covelo area that know exactly what happened to her — and where she might be right now. Because of this, a reward in the amount of $10k is being offered for any information leading to her whereabouts.

If you believe you have information that could lead to closure in this case, please do the right thing. Even an anonymous tip could lead to answers for this missing woman’s family.
