Las Vegas man Accused of Multiple Violent Rapes

  A Las Vegas man has been arrested in association with several violent rapes of local prostitutes, and authorities are seeking help in locating other possible victims. Police say 29-year-old Denver Baoec-Ascuncion was arrested earlier this month after multiple women came forward recounting recent incidents of kidnapping and sexual assault. 8 News Now reports that the 28-year-old Las Vegas man faces multiple counts , and there may be other victims. Two separate prostitutes between December 20th and January 7th reportedly told police that Ascuncion picked them up and forced them into sexual acts. Both alleged victims claimed that the Las Vegas man used a firearm to threaten them. Non-virtual sex work (i.e., physical prostitution) is a dangerous line of work, especially in large cities like Las Vegas -- where rates of non-virtual sex work have increased by 50% in recent years. Remains of Infant Found in Arizona McDonald's

The deceased remains of an infant were found inside a Phoenix, Arizona McDonald’s Restaurant over the weekend, and now police are investigating the disturbing case. When cases like these occur, it’s always a tragedy for everyone involved, from the families to the people who make the gruesome discoveries. The details of this particular case are slim, and so help from the public might be necessary.

According to KOLD News, the discovery of a deceased infant’s remains were located over the weekend, but provided no further information. However, this news report reveals that the McDonald’s location where the discovery was made is located around 35th Ave., and Indian School Road. The presumed age of the infant hasn’t been clarified, nor have authorities spoken on how long they believe the remains were at the location.

If you live in the area of 35th Ave., and Indian School Road, and you know someone who may have been pregnant recently — but now appears to be otherwise, with no child, then maybe you should contact the Phoenix Police. It’s important for authorities to track down the mother of this infant to make sure she is safe and make sure she gets the medical treatment she needs.

Kentucky woman Torilena May Fields has been arrested after police say she murdered her mother in a shocking and gruesome crime. Police say the 32-year-old not only shot and stabbed her 68-year-old mother, but she dismembered her and then tried to cook her body parts until they were charred.
