If you’re living anywhere in Northern Nevada, please be on the lookout for this truck. Police in Fernley are trying to identify the driver of this truck, because they might be involved with the disappearance of 18-year-old Naomi Irion. The missing Fernley girl has been gone for several days, and Walmart security footage shows her being possibly abducted by an unidentified man. Security footage of this dark-blue colored pickup truck is being circulated in hope of someone coming forward and doing the right thing.
According to ABC News, the pickup truck appears to be a newer model Chevrolet 2500 High Country 4-door pickup. If you know anybody who drives a truck like this — especially if they’ve gotten rid of it hastily in the past week, or had it repainted or otherwise put it out of public view — then please call 911 immediately. The information you share might be important to the investigation behind what happened to Naomi Irion.
Naomi Irion disappeared under suspicious circumstances last week. Walmart security footage shows an unidentified man (pictured below), getting into the driver’s side of her car, with her in the passenger side. The car was later found abandoned, containing evidence that police say imply that Naomi was the victim of a kidnapping. Authorities are urgently searching for this truck so they can identify the driver and figure out whether or not they have involvement with Naomi’s disappearance.
Naomi Irion is an 18-year-old white female with black hair and a septum piercing. She is reportedly 5’11” tall, and was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt with a grey sweater coverup and blue jeans. She was carrying a black purse. If you know anything about this disappearance or if you know the driver of the blue pickup truck pictured above, please do the right thing.
