The author of the post shared with Reddit users that he's been married to his wife for six years, sharing a five-year-old son between the two of them. However, he'd just learned two weeks ago that he isn't the actual father of the five-year-old boy. A 12-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy are both dead in what St. Louis police are calling a murder-suicide. This case is still developing, so the details associated with it are still making their way to the public through media reports. At this time, the names of the two deceased children are not known.

Police have confirmed that the 12-year-old girl in this shocking murder-suicide case was the primary shooter. They believe the child shot the unidentified 14-year-old boy before turning the gun on herself, ending her own life. According to Fox 2 News, the identifies of the children won’t be released due to their age. At the time of this report, it wasn’t known if the two deceased children were related — or if the murder-suicide situation arose from a tragic young romance.

However, this report reveals that the 12-year-old girl and the 14-year-old boy were cousins. The report also shares that the family of the two deceased children says that this was all a tragic accident. The mother of the unnamed little girl says that her daughter didn’t commit suicide — and claimed that she accidentally shot her cousin and then it went off and shot her somehow. The story is rather shaky, but an investigation is underway to determine what actually happened. For now it seems that police believe this was a murder-suicide.
